Control and Automation Systems, Navigation and Task Planning.
My research as a member of the Pumas@Home team is focused on the development of navigation algorithms combining classical and modern techniques: optimal path planning, path tracking by control algorithms, artificial neural networks and genetic algorithms.
I also collaborate in the development of the manipulation system by obtaining model-based control laws which combined with modern task planning techniques achieve more human-like movements.
Other areas of my interest are the fault-tolerant control, faul detection and isolation and reconstruction of unknown signals in dynamical systems.
I am also an undergraduate student of psychology.
